In what is the second collaboration between Tecnomar and Lamborghini, the new 101-foot Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101 has entered its outfitting phase—moving the project from drawings to the detailed build that shapes how the superyacht will actually look and perform. This is the stage where the yacht’s systems, interiors, and finishes begin to take physical form, setting it on course for its planned 2027 launch.
The Italian Sea Group confirmed the update after unveiling the yacht ahead of the Monaco Yacht Show. The first partnership between the two brands, the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63, launched in 2021 and became an instant success.
It attracted high-profile buyers such as UFC legend Conor McGregor. With only 63 units produced, interest in the 63 proved that a performance yacht shaped by a luxury carmaker’s design language had a solid market.
Where Lamborghini’s Design Language Meets the Water
Back to the new Tecnomar 101, the superyacht builds on the same existing template but on a larger, more refined platform. Its exterior takes cues from Lamborghini’s recent Fenomeno hypercar, a limited-run $3.5 million model known for sharp geometry, aerodynamic cuts, and what the brand calls “hyper-elegance” with an aggressive edge. The yacht mirrors these themes with aluminium and carbon-fibre construction, sculpted surfaces, and signature lighting clusters that feel straight out of Lamborghini’s automotive playbook.
Inside, the connection to the carmaker becomes even clearer. Moreover, the layout features hexagonal structures, Y-shaped patterns, and options that let owners match interior colours or materials with their own Lamborghini. Additionally, the arrangement includes an owner’s suite, a VIP cabin, and two guest cabins with space for up to nine people, along with three crew cabins designed for efficient operation.

Performance That Matches Its Presence
Performance remains central to the 101’s identity. Powered by three MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines producing about 7,600 hp in total, the yacht targets a top speed of roughly 45 knots (83.34 km/h) and a comfortable cruising speed around 35 knots (64.82 km/h)—speeds that place it firmly in the high-performance superyacht category.

The Italian Sea Group views the 101 as a fusion of advanced marine engineering and Lamborghini’s sculpted, high-performance design. In addition to its bold form, its technical strength is expected to elevate the partnership to its most refined and ambitious level so far.
