Rolls-Royce has unveiled a truly one-of-one luxury creation—the Spectre Bailey, a bespoke electric coupe built in tribute to its owner’s Labrador-Golden Retriever mix. Crafted through Rolls-Royce’s Private Office in New York, the car transforms canine affection into craftsmanship at the highest level of personalisation.
The Spectre Bailey carries the same 577-horsepower dual-motor setup and 329-mile WLTP range as the standard Spectre, but everything else was tailored to echo Bailey’s presence.

Its two-tone exterior, finished in Crystal Fusion over Beautiful Bailey, mirrors the soft gold tones of the dog’s fur—a hue Rolls-Royce says was inspired by “the light on Bailey’s ear”. The roof wears a darker tan shade, while the Spirit of Ecstasy and the dog’s paw-print motifs are done in rose gold.

Inside, the theme continues with a gentle palette of Moccasin, Crème Light, Dark centrepiece, Casden Tan leathers—a highlight to Bailey’s sunny coat and calm temperament.
The centrepiece is a wooden marquetry portrait of Bailey positioned between the rear seats, made from nine veneer types and more than 180 individually cut pieces, four of which form his tongue.
Rolls-Royce craftsmen spent over four months completing the intricate inlay. Matching paw-print inlays appear across the dashboard, sill plates, and quarter panels. Additional bespoke touches across the interior reflect Bailey’s character in subtle, tactile ways, you can see more pictures here.

The anonymous American owners described the process as “a joyful collaboration” with the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collective, adding that the experience “surprised us at every turn—from the wood inlay to the paw prints on the sill”.
Phil Fabre de la Grange, head of bespoke at Rolls-Royce, called the Spectre Bailey “a charming commission that reaffirms that inspiration can come from anywhere,” emphasising the brand’s ability to turn personal stories into enduring automotive art.
While Rolls-Royce declined to reveal the exact price, the base Spectre (electric Rolls-Royce introduced in 2024) starts near $400,000, and this fully customised edition likely stretches far beyond that. For one very loved dog, the result is immortality on wheels, an ode to loyalty and love, wrapped in golden fur and fine craftsmanship.
